ok, I have a Scout whose mothers name shows up as his. When I click on edit profile it takes me to internet advancement, everything there seems correct. how do I fix this?
If you post the scout’s BSA Member ID (no names, please!), the SUAC folks may be able to sort it out, or at least help diagnose the underlying issue.
Sometimes editing and saving the profile (even without any changes) can push them to the other systems. I’d be surprised if that works for a name, but it’s worth a try.

most likely they made a my.scouting account and got confused - post BSA# and we can look
