I have tried on two different occasions to print out two different Scout records and I keep getting an error message. Is there a work around that I can do?
@DanielleBell I have not tried that report - but have you tried the history report for the scout?
@DanielleBell also as just a Committee member I am not sure you have access to that.
@DanielleBell For starters, both troops should use the Position Manager at my.Scouting and add you as Unit Advancement Chair. The roles in Scoutbook (legacy) are not recognized in Scoutbook Plus.
@DanielleBell - if you log into my.scouting.org then in the upper right click on the person icon or your picture and select the profile line then scroll down you will see your registered positions and functional roles. If Unit Advancement Chair for any unit is not there then you wold not hold that position.
The Committee Chair had fixed my lack of advancement access in Scoutbook Plus a few months ago, which is why it shows up as Advancement Chair now next to my name on the roster. We were unaware that this was not sufficient. I will send your information to her so that it can get fixed. Thank you!
