Then how can I print out the advancement report for the Scout Shop? They insist they need one. (Have been yelled at for not having!) All my scouts’s rank are correct in Scoutbook and IA 2.0, but no option to print Advancement Report on either platform. FYI–we use Scoutbook to record our awards/adventures/ranks

Julia - if items are recorded in scoutbook then the Advancement report is found in the needs purchasing PO reports.

In IA 2.0, click on Reports. Then click on your most recent PO Purchase Order by clicking on the blue “Download” button. The output will be the Advancement Report that you can take to the Scout shop.
I am also confused because I printed out the PO Purchase Order and took that to the Scout Shop. They didn’t want that. They wanted the old advancement report that I used to give them with the signatures. How do I get that?
Toni - the advancement report link is on the Purchase Order page in scoutbook.
I don’t seem to be able to find that link. All I see is the download button! Does the report look different from the old one with the signatures? My download says Advancement Report but the Scout Shop says that was not the correct form.
If you are using the new Internet Advancement, then you would be using the new Advancement Report, which is accessible via: Reports → PO# → Download. This is the new form and has been approved by the national advancement folks. It has the Scoutbook sync logo at the bottom.

Yes, that is the new form. Scout shops should have received communications about the new form a few weeks ago.
Okay. Do I just turn in one copy of this new form to them?
It’s up to your council, but I would keep a copy for your unit’s records.
I have always only turned in one copy every time for the last 9 years.
