Internet Advancement Issue -Scout appearing blank

I am a brand new CC that took over in August. When my advancement chair and I try to generate a report one of our Scouts comes over as blank. This causes the report to not generate and we both receive an error with “UserAwardidIsrequired”. When I remove the blank Scout from the report, the report generates just fine. Could you please advise how to fix this? I tried calling our Council, but they were not able to help me. Thanks!

@KimberlyRodenbarger OK, I think I found the issue. The Scout had a retired / deleted Scoutbook account that still had his BSA member number, so there were 2 Scoutbook accounts with the same BSA member number.
