When trying to pull reports for scouts that had advancements and Merit Badge completions since January 1, 2025, nothing is showing. Could they have been deleted somehow? Will they need to be reentered and approved?
@CarrieZambrana there are a few questions. What is Scout Member # (no names) and what is a/or a few missing items.
When you say Reports? What reports are you looking at?
When you look at Scout Profile in Legacy Scoutbook, do you see the items.
All of our newer scouts are not showing when pulling the reports, however they are listed in the Legacy Scoutbook. Here is one ID number 141276238.
@CarrieZambrana “the reports” does not help - are these Custom reports? If their Names are not showing, have the scouts been Added to the reports, if they are from report builder you either have to add them, or have the “add new scouts” checkbox checked? Or are these the Need Approval or something?
I was using the report builder in IA. I selected all the scouts however only 12 out of the 18 populated in the report I built. I noticed that the scouts missing were most of our newer scouts. One joined late 2023 and the remainder joined in 2024.
I will get back to you shortly. I have to leave for a scout event and will be back in a few hours.
