Internet Advancement Profile Unavailable

For the last couple weeks, we’ve had trouble accessing my older son’s profile page in Internet Advancement. The “clear your cache” error occurs both when using my (parent) login and his own personal scout login. We have cleared the cache on different browsing profiles and also incur the same error regardless if we try a different browser (i.e. safari vs chrome)
