Internet Advancement - Returns "It seems we are experiencing temporary issues with our servers. Would you like to switch to Offline Mode and synchronize your changes later?

I was successful in entering an activity yesterday. I found that I needed to edit the item, but when the edit was ready to submit, when sent returned “It seems we are experiencing temporary issues with our servers. Would you like to switch to Offline Mode and synchronize your changes later?” Assumed that the problem would be resolved, but now have tried to edit the entry about 9 times in the past 28 hours and when submitted always returns “It seems we are experiencing temporary issues with our servers. Would you like to switch to Offline Mode and synchronize your changes later?”

Is there truly a glitch with BSA servers or is there another reason for the continuing error message to be displayed? I do want to edit the event and add scouts to the service project.
