Invalid phone number

My Scouting Tools Internet Recharter

I am trying to make the payment for our recharter.
when I enter my cell phone number it tells me that I need a valid phone number. What am I doing wrong?

I tried a different device and it worked. Internet charter is completed for another year.

Could you give us a few details of the device that worked and that didn’t work in case there ends up being a pattern?

When doing the payment I believe that I could enter my phone number on my HP latop but not my fire tablet
