Investigating multiple MIDs due to training not showing

Hi SUAC,

I have two leaders with incomplete training records. I am wondering if they have multiple MIDs.

  1. MID 120617447 - his record shows S11 in 2003 and Y01 in 2010 & 2022. No listing of the individual modules for YPT. Possibly has S24 or equivalent in 2003.
  2. MID 137108241 - his record shows S11 in 2021 and Y01 in 2018, 2020, & 2022. Again, no listing of individual modules for YPT. Possibly has troop modules in 2022.

A side question - Why would SCO_3008, 3009, 3010, & 3011 not show on a training record when Y01 does? The only guess I have is a group class with training entered manually.

@DougWright this is a conversation to start with the users - see how they are signing in and what they see at my.scouting.org - is it a different BSA # there?

More info on #2 -

  1. MID 137108241 - (registered in Adventure West Council)
    a. He has a training certificate dated 2022-10-20 for YPT w/ MID 128556639.
    b. His son did scouting in Central Florida Council. Dad has two managed MIDs from here - 128556643 (secondary) & 128556639 (primary). This is what he sees when he logs into My.Scouting.
    c. Dad’s birthday is wrong on this account - should be July, not Jun.
    d. His son was in 2 troops in Sam Houston Council.
    e. His son Eagled, and aged out, in AWC.
    f. His daughter is currently registered in AWC.
    g. Registrar says he has only 1 MID in AWC.
