TDL w/ two MIDs

Hi SUAC,

I have a TDL who did YPT 10/23, but no modules are showing on his record. Please check for a second MID.

Additional information - he is registered in two councils (CO & MN), so has at least two MIDs. I will ask him to post here for info on how to deal with the two.

he needs to log into my.scouting.org how he did to take the training - then Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) > the one marked Primary is the identity BSA systems Identify you as - so if in 2 councils he may need to continually switch Primary between logins. All Training merges to the one marked Primary

I took the training online, through scouting.org.

@WilliamStorey1 you did the trying under your other MID - you have to go to my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID > Change Primary for 24 hours to merge training to this MID - This will effect your logins to BSA systems and make you log in as the other MID until you change Primary back
