I sent an invitation to a merit badge counselor and they received the email, but they said that the “invitation button” is not activated so they cannot connect with the scout. I tried resending the invitation and also tried removing the counselor and re-inviting them both did now work. Anyone else have any suggestions? -Thanks
They just need to login to Scoutbook and they should already be connected. They login with the same login and password as they use for my.scouting.org.

Give the MBC the Scout’s last name and BSA member ID
Then ask him to do the following:
Log into Scoutbook
Go to My Dashboard, Administration, My Account, My Connections
and then click ADD
he will be prompted for the information and to connect.
