I have been getting some feedback that MBC are not getting an email when a request to connect for a MB is initiated by the unit leader. It seems that this is occurring when the counselor already has a connection to that Scout (unit leader/other MB). Not sure if I am reading this the right way or if this is the way system is supposed to work??
@RonFedele - I think you may on to what is happening based on the post. It must use the logic that if connected no need to send the “hey so and so wants to connect.” I can see the application of that logic but I also see that it might not be a bad idea to send out a notice that Joey Scout has added your MBC - XYZ to his desired merit badges.
