When I go to invite a Merit Badge Counselor, I am taken to the Connections page and then when I go to add a connection, the option for Merit Badge Counselor is greyed out. All I can check are parent/guardian or other family member. This is happening with multiple scouts.
There is a known issue with parents inviting MBCs. Ask the merit badge counselor to connect themselves. They should click on My Account => My Connections. Click Add then enter the Scout’s last name and member ID, click search, select the badge you are counseling, then click connect.
