Yes, Scout ID number should the same as BSA Membership ID number for the Scout. Where are you seeing the term?

Here are some of the numbers used in the BSA computer systems to identify individuals. the BSA Member ID is the most important for us all to use.

BSA Member ID, Also known as: BSA Member #, Member ID, PID, Person ID (this is the BSA membership ID, used in all BSA systems to identify the member.)

ScoutUserID, Scoutbook User ID, UserID ( a unique number to Scoutbook)

Person GUID, Globally Unique IDentifier (this is a unique identifier used primarily by the Single Sign On directory to identify users of the BSA computer systems.)
