Issue linking account

I tried to have my account linked to my son’s as a connection, and it was unable to find my account and created a new account that doesn’t seem to allow me access because my main account is tied to gmail auth. When I try to login or accept the invite i see:

Warning another user is using the same e-mail address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.

How can I get this resolved?

@kroher I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

You and your Scout appear to have member ID numbers that belong to different councils. I would recommend contacting your Scout’s council and ask them to create a member ID number for you as a parent.
