Issues transferring scout to my unit

Having the issue on Desktop & mobile, Windows & iOS, Bing & safari, IDs 14169990 and 14169986

Trying to transfer two scouts from another pack into my pack for 2 days and it tells me they were not able to retrieve information from that member ID.
