It says I have 3 items to approve but nothing show up on that tab.
Just ignore the Approve in Scoutbook + - it is still in the works - use Legacy Scoutbook for Approving
Where do you mean/find Legacy Scoutbook?

Got it. Weird though it only shows’ up for my son? Maybe I need more control for the troop as Advancement Chair?
There is Scoutbook Advancement Chair and Correct advancement chair which Key 3 can setup at my.scouting.org > unit > Roster > position Manager > Functional Roles - ones they set you up there - 24 hours later you should have access
