We have a new leader/parent #10656117 who had access to approve/record advancements for the den until today. I show him as Tiger Den Leader and Tiger Den Admin. Today, he can only mark his son as completed and approved/recorded. When he logs-in he doesn’t see the Tiger Roster.

After watching the video #10656117 doesn’t have a den box or pack box like the other leaders just one regular box.
Interesting that the video is Troop related and not much help for packs.
@KeithSmith4- well the topics remain the same. How is it not much help to packs
