Leader not receiving Calendar Reminders

This is an odd one, I have a leader who receives messages from old scoutbook but does not get the reminders from scoutbook plus. He is a registered leader, his name is on the invite list to all events for both pack and troop and yet he still does not get reminders.

Any ideas?
