I have a few leaders who are marked as not registered on the roster. They have BSA IDs in their profile but it differs from their userid. Why are these leaders marked as not registered and how do I fix that so they do not lose access to Scout Book This is for Pack 146
Your unit charter is not fully processed so she is not registered technically - you need to talk to your council
Please also note that the BSA ID will always be different than UserID. UserID is used to identify the Scoutbook account.
