I have combed through all the post related to Den Chiefs not appearing in SB+ on the Pack side. We have tried Add Individual>Troop has approved>deleted from Legacy to restart the process, tried adding the den chief through Edit Den, tried the calendar and nothing has worked. The troop has received and approved the position once received the emails 3 or 4 times. The last time the entire Troop received the email requesting approval. The Pack Key 3 are receiving emails to assign the Den Chief. Tried it all again this morning and failed.
I requested a sync on the scouts profile (ID# 14363721) this morning from Los Padres Council and now looking for additional help, hopefully with a clean slate.
