Created a my.scouting for my son, now I can not link his scoutbook to him. When trying to add his member ID to his account, it says it is not correct and it will not let me send him a link through scoutbook since his account has already been created. How do I link these two accounts so his training he does on my.scouting will link with his scoutbook.
@NicoleAdkins What is the first initial of your Scout?
His first initial is M. I believe the error is when I created his account I added Jr. to the name and on his scoutbook it just has Adkins
