Well Bobcat is next rank - so if it is not earned that might be causing it
Go into one of the adventures that’s complete, click the top line that has the completed dates, and click save (without changing anything). See if that triggers a recalculation.
But at least one scout HAS earned Bobcat, 2 adventures and is still showing as 0%
the example I had of it was just that - mark a bobcat req and the percent moved
@jacobfetzer I’ve tried that. Doesn’t work
When you go to the individual scouts’ pages, it should say which rank they last earned and what they are working on like below. What do you see for those who have earned Bobcat?
Here’s one that’s completed 2 adventures, but not Bobcat.
@WoodyHarrison - here is what a tiger without bobcat and just one adventure would look like
You could post them here. Without other identifying info, the BSA ID is basically just a random string, per SUAC.
@WoodyHarrison - bobcat has to come first as it notes
Here’s another with the same 2 adventures, but with Bobcat. He IS showing the 22% completion on the den roster page. So is the precent completed linked to Bobcat?
@WoodyHarrison - they have to earn bobcat first before the tiger rank will show
Sorta. It’s looking at the percent completed for the next rank. So, if Bobcat is the next rank (i.e. not yet marked Completed), then it should be listing that percentage. If Bobcat is marked Completed, it should be reflecting the percentage complete on Tiger (or whatever the den-level appropriate rank is).
That make sense since they can’t advance until Bobcat is completed! Doh! Still learning over here. Thanks all.
@jacobfetzer - I am not going to say what I would normally say
@WoodyHarrison - I think the handbook states that as well… Bobcat then the age/grade appropriate rank. But the infographic says it rather cleanly.
