Locked Scoutbook Account

One of our Committee Members and parents is locked out of their Scoutbook account. He attempted to recover his password and provided the correct information. However, it wouldn’t allow a password reset. Please let me know what we need to do from here. The information is as follows.

@JamiMelton the account was locked (too many failed log ins) - I unlocked it - That BSA ID is not registered in any adult position.
The registered position is ID is 12641385 - with user name (firstinitial)groovy##
Last login was 2018 - council can reset passwords for you

Once the login is figured out (and the user name is better nationally than email - email logins cause issues for system) then we can get Scoutbook cleaned up
