Parent cannot access scoutbook

I have a new parent to the pack that cannot access scoutbook. He keeps getting the password doesn’t match screen. As a pack administrator, Is there a way to reset his password? If not how do I get his account fixed.

Thanks. I’ll double check with Kevin and try to figure out who at council to call. (almost everyone I knew has left).

It is typically the registrar that has access to the tools required to reset the my.scouting.org password
