Scout locked out of Scoutbook

I have a scout who can not access his account. BSA ID 129725996

I don’t know how much troubleshooting he has done, was just told by Mom he is locked out.

@WilliamEvans I would recommend having the Scout go to my.scouting and use the chatbot (“Betty”) to reset his password.

Since his Scoutbook account uses his my.scouting.org ID (his e-mail address) and password, we cannot reset the password. If he is not able to reset it himself, your Council staff can reset it for him.
