Login Not Sync'd My.Scouting/Scoutbook Plus/Scoutbook Legacy

We have a scout that was recently in a girls troop (Troop 624G - Circle Ten Council) and was moved to Troop 624F when it became our family troop. The changes were conducted by our Council Registrar and staff when the units moved.

The Scout can log into my.scouting.org following a recent password reset by council, but cannot log in using the exact same credentials in either Scoutbook Plus or Scoutbook Legacy. The Scout’s ID is 13928427.
Sufficient time was given for the systems to sync, but it hasn’t happened with her login. I suspect there is some sort of disconnect in the login database (can’t recall that database’s name) that may be causing this problem. Thank you - Bob

@RobertAcker let me take a look

The last login was 1/24/26 for the user. Can they try again? And it seems like the password was repeatedly changed. Maybe watch them log into my.scouting.org and see if the Member # is the same there.

And if Council changed password - I kind of think you have to go to my.scouting.org and you get prompted to change the password yourself

Thanks Donovan - will work with them. I do know that Council has checked and there is only one BSA ID for the scout. My first thought was multiple profiles.

That First name only has a single log in name. I tried long and short last names too and no. I think they reset password > user went to SB instead of my.scouting so it failed.
