Scout has lost ability to log in

On of our Scouts has lost his ability to log in to Scoutbook. I worked with him and it doesn’t seem like a password issue.

And it seems the scout is registered in 2 councils. What council is your unit?

We are Adventure West in Colorado and he moved to us from Tennessee. That was several years ago so I’m not sure why he would still be registered there.

Let me get with him again and see what he is trying to do. I will get back to you.

What action do I need to take to get him consolidated into one council?

@ReidHollander Find out if the Scout is still active in the other council. If yes, then the Scout needs 2 Scoutbook accounts. If not, we can merge the Scoutbook accounts.
