Login to Scoutbook Plus kicks me back out

(from a fresh boot, Windows Operating System)
I am able to login to Scoutbook(scoutbook.scouting.org)
I can also login to Myscouting(My Scouting)
When I attempt to look at our event calendar, or update advancement in Scoutbook Plus(https://advancements.scouting.org) I get an error message. If I SHIFT-REFRESH the website I watch it login, and then it immediately logs me out.
This happens every time, and it also happens in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browser. I have tried it on several different computers and phones and I’m still unable to get into Scoutbook Plus.
I cleared the browser cache and tried it again. Same results.
I disabled all of my extensions(In chrome my primary browser) and I get the same results. It simply logs me in, then logs me right back out.

However… If I create an incognito browser session I am able to login and work normally. I can also login to the page normally on my work computer.

Can you offer any suggestions or help me troubleshoot what could be wrong w/my account on my computer?

@BradLasecki - if incognito works then it is a browser issue.

Yeah if incognito is good it means there is something installed on the browser messing it up

Clear your scouting.org cookies. One or more may be corrupted, causing your issue after you cleared your cache and disabled your extensions.

I work in IT so this is interesting to me. =) I cleared my cookies. And now the same thing happens in incognito mode as well.

Most recent testing:
Chrome Browser, no extensions. Same results. Login, immediately kicked out.
Chrome Browser, Incognito mode. Same results. Login, immediately kicked out.
Edge Browser, no extensions. Same results. Login, immediately kicked out.
Edge Browser, In Private mode. Same results. Login, immediately kicked out.
Firefox Browser, no extensions. Same results. Login, immediately kicked out.
Firefox Browser, New Private Window. Same results. Login, immediately kicked out.

I’m going to try some more testing tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestions!

@BradLasecki - sonething is up on your pc. I have zero issues at home and at work where we are on web proxies. Certainly not a scoutbook bug. What is the error you get?

@BradLasecki I cleaned up a few items on your login to try again - I THINK it should be instant and not need a sync

@BradLasecki are you in a VPN?

I’m not on a VPN. I’ll do another test tomorrow from my VPN and also from my Hotspot. Can’t hurt to rule out something flakey w/my home routers. I’ve been performing updates from my work computer so the Troop is still being advanced. Thanks for looking into it. I’ll update on the morrow.
