Lost a bunch of scouts from unit

I have a leader who tried to move scouts out of a patrol. Shen end dated there membership and it seems also broke her connection with them. She is a unit admin ad when she goes to the add scout and chooses connect to other scouts in my unit none come up.

They are not on her my connection tab either
When I try to access them in Volunteer tools I can find them but not access them as they have no council listed in there profile. She managed to do this with 20+ scouts.
