Missing Pack and Child Accounts - Duplicate Member ID's

Hi There,

I’ve seen a few posts here from others that seem to be getting some weird issues when having duplicate member ID’s so hoping someone can help me out here as well.

I have 2 Member ID’s and I can’t seem to access anything but my profile in Scoutbook. Everything looks fine in advancements.scouting.org, just not in Scoutbook.

I’ve cleared browser cache, logged out and back in, new browser, etc.

Member ID 13718197 (Current)
Member ID 12889843 (Old)
Scoutbook ID: 13263629
