My my.scouting number is 14137180. My information appears to be correct in there. I have had an issue before where I didn’t know if I should use my email or username to sign in. For some reason I have two “accounts” with them. I had my children under one account, but still had issues. I had them “merged” before and it sort of fixed the issue. Recently we moved, but I changed our addresses in scoutbook before I transferred out councils. Just this week I was told my accounts were merged and I now cannot see any of my information or their information. I am not sure where to go from here. I am just super frustrated because I keep finding that I cannot update my kids information and I am wasting lots of time. When the system works I find it to be amazing, but these times just make it difficult.
