Lost access to advancement for troop

I’m relatively new to Scoutbook, I’m the Troop Admin for advancement for the BOYS and GIRLS of the following Troop(s). I had access to the girls advancement on Friday of last week, but I don’t see it now. How do I recover access?

It looks like your charter expired and erased it - have another admin give you access @VikasKewalramani

Thanks. I checked with the Scoutmaster who submitted everything. Somethings going on with the paperwork for the girls trop. They’ve been adding new boys to the Scoutbook while not adding girls who signed up at the same time.

We’ll escalate, thanks for thee response.
