Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I have an issue where I can no longer see my Cub Scout Bear den.
I am the Bear Den leader for our pack, and about a month ago I lost access to our den. I can see my son’s Cub Scout information in my parent position, but it looks like I am no longer the Bear Den leader.
I have tried other suggestions posted in this forum, so I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if the data changed somewhere, but I am still registered and active as the Bear Den leader.
@BrianPieslak- did you see the blue box at the top of the forum ? You may want to read the doc and watch the video and have your unit key 3 work on your permissions. Beyond that, what does my.scouting.org show as your registered position
@BrianPieslak you are not a Den Leader - in fact you are not registered in a Pack. To be a leader in a unit you have to register with the unit. As you are already a registered leader you would just need to do a free Multiple Application
I am running into the same issue. I’m unable to enter advancements for my den, but I can still see and update my children who are in the same pack. My Scoutbook Plus profile lists me as Den Leader, but I can not longer select my den member profiles to update their advancements.
Thank you @DonovanMcNeil - I am not sure why I would no longer be registered with a Pack. I was registered with NCAC Pack 1250 as a Den Leader last year, and I have re-registered for the 2025 - 2026 program year. Is this something I would take back to my Pack Committee Chair? I am curious why my affiliation with NCAC Pack 1250 would have been dropped unexpectedly.
