A few weeks ago, I lost access to the Invitation and Application Manager utlities. I am my Pack’s New Member Coordinator and am reflected as so in ScoutBook. When trying to access these two utilities, I am brought to a 403 error “You do not have access to this trail” page. I’ve attempted to access from a Windows machine using both Chrome and Edge browsers. My member ID is *and I am with the National Capital Area Council. Any help is appreciated!
@KevinFahrer - a key 3 in the unit will need to add you to that functional role in my.scouting.org. The role is scoutbook does not reflect back to the my.scouting roles.

I checked your registration and you are only registered as a Committee Member. A member of your Key 3 (Charter Org Rep, Cubmaster, Committee Chair) will need to log in to my.scouting.org and use Position Manager to add the New Member Coordinator functional role.

@KevinFahrer It looks like your registered position was switched from New Member Coordinator to Committee Member in November-December.
Because New Member Coordinator is a registered position, you will need to ask your Chartered Org. Rep. (or COR Delegate) to switch you back.
