Lost connection with council mover

Tried to fix this in VST with no luck. Have someone with my.scouting issues. Their district moved into our council a few months back. When I look in VST it seems their my.scouting account did not follow them to council 023

I can see their reg record and scoutbook

Any thoughts

The member is in 023 - this is a talk to council issue first to see is Registrar tools sees them, if so council can report the VST issue

no in vst i do not have access to see or update their my.scouting account password

yeah saying the same thing. hmmmm - ok that is interesting

OK I reported it - If I were to bet if the user went into Manage MID once it would update the council. But leaving as is so they can see it. Isn’t there a PW reset in RT?

they cant seem to reset password

yeah - the MYST is still attributed to the other Council
