Lost council registrations, but registrar can still see them

Hi SUAC,

Please check my registrations to see what’s wrong. I should be registered with two troops, twice with district, and twice with council. The council positions have disappeared from my view, along with associated functional roles. Our registrar can still see the positions.

Your Unit and District level seem fine - your Council level has become IsCurrent=No - My guess is only council can renew those? not sure how District would be different

Thank you @DonovanMcNeil. I’ll call the registrar tomorrow and see if she can update that field.

Council should be able to see it (or something similar) using the VST tool

Thank you. Registrar found the report. But doesn’t know how to fix change “no” to “yes”. Ticket to National to resolve.
