I requested a transfer for one of my scouts after we moved and a second account was created with nothing in it and the old account is now empty of advancements as well. Is there a way to retrieve all that data?
The BSA numbers are 135505393 and 14006727. We are in Sam Houston now with Pack 181.

Done - the last name was entered in new council with lower case S so it missed it
