Manage Approved MBC list keeps requesting to "Finish" processing the upload

After I upload the Council MBC list to Scoutbook, and tell it to apply the changes, it processes the update. Once it’s done, the final step is to “Finish” the process. I click on Finish and it seems to complete correctly. Then I Log-Off Scoutbook. The next time I Log-In to Scoutbook and visit the Manage Approved MBC list screen, it displays the status of the last upload again, and asks to “Finish” the process??? This behavior seems to have started about two weeks ago.

This is supposed to be fixed with the other MBC changes Monday. From what I can tell, it does not have any other consequences other than being an annoyance.
