Wondering if you can help me, as you can see from the screen shot below: from (http://my.scouting.org) > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID >
I have two accounts and I would like to “remove” one, but I don’t want to remove the incorrect one
Can you tell which account has my training/learning attached to it? From what i see it appears both have the training
Thanks in advance.

@PatrickMaguire
Because you have 2 BSA Member IDs (MID), they both need to be listed under Manage Member ID.
You have the correct MID selected as this is your registered number. The other is from when you were a Lion and Tiger Adult Partner. I have no idea why the council did not use your existing number when you registered as an adult leader. It could be you had a nickname on the original MID, but now that the name matches on both, I can’t say exactly why.
All training syncs to the MID marked Primary
If I click “remove” will it actually delete that errant member id or just from my profile?
Thanks
It will not delete it - it is better to have it there so you know it - lest council get confused and use the wrong one. It is doing no harm
Donovan,
I am now gone from Scoutbook completely, I think the rechartering grinch placed my secondary in my role as SM, can you check if my my 12593692 is listed on the Scoutbook,
as always
Thank you so much
Yeah something flipped your MID in Scoutbook - I reset it - positions will sync overnight
@PatrickMaguire The reason your BSA member ID number (MID) got flipped is because your son is connected to your secondary BSA MID.
I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar tools to look up your son and go to the User Relationships section and update those so that you are listed there as parent with your primary BSA MID.
