Parent with two separate BSA IDs

I have a parent who is trying to register as adult online, but having issues becuase

  1. Invalid DOB
    and 2. two BSA ID’s.

Member ID: 13090772

Please do the following:

  1. Delete BSA ID: 135682865
  2. For BSA ID 13090772: Update the DOB to (removed by Moderator)

Also Delete the following duplicate user ids:

@DonaldClark_Jr The first one should be fixed.

However, she needs to use BSA member ID number 135682865, because that is the one with her registration history and her parent / child relationships (at my.scouting).

Her training should merge within 24 hours. Please let us know if it does not.

@DonaldClark_Jr there is no merging or deleting MIDs really - the users can log into > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your registration PRIMARY

If there is a difference between the 2 (like a first name vs. nickname it will fail and we can help - just post both MIDs (BSA#) and we can take a look - the first one the user has already taken care of
