MB Report per Individual (Including Only EARNED MBs)

I am getting reports including ALL MBs available with empty boxes for what the scout has not earned yet. I am trying to pull a report per scout to have a clean list of their MB earned and dates. No pretty boxes please. Looking for a clean list of MB EARNED ONLY w/ dates, under each scouts name, Please and thank you for your help.

Have you tried an export/backup of the scouts advancement from the troop page?

The Individual Advancement Record will provide the data you are looking for.
