We have tried this on 2 different Windows laptops, a Mac, and my cell, and are having the same problem across all devices. I know I’m connected to a large number of Scouts and wonder whether the database is “choking.”
@RichelleMitchem - when it worked how many scouts and badges? It may be best to do some cleanup once they are unit approved you can drop the connection
@RichelleMitchem it is most likely the # of Scouts. if they are Unit approved, just clear them out, if they are inactive the same.
@DonovanMcNeil @Stephen_Hornak I’m easily at 800+ Scouts with 20 approved merit badges. In Scoutbook Legacy, I would regularly use the “Clear Old MBC Connections” feature once a month. Is that feature still available in Scoutbook Plus?
@RichelleMitchem - since the hard refresh did get the mbc dashboard to load I would use the Bulk Actions to remove scouts that are approved and awarded. There is no reason to hold onto those.
@DonovanMcNeil @Stephen_Hornak Thank you both for your patience! After several attempts, my badges showed up in SB. I’ve seen the “Remove Youth” feature, but it appears to be unavailable in my account. See screenshot.
You need to select the youth you want to remove
Oh, my apologies. I thought it would do a clean sweep like Scoutbook Legacy. Hopefully, doing some clean up will solve he problem. Thank you!
