MBC Signature Not Showing on Completed Blue Card

When printing a Blue Card for a completed MB, the MBC’s signature isn’t showing. BSA Member ID# 133098497 for Citizenship in the Community -

This is working as designed - the MBC never approve or signed it in scoutbook

There is a “Counselor Approved” checkbox that the MBC can mark.

The MBC here only marked the merit badge as completed – not counselor approved in Scoutbook.

@JeremyGinsberg - i just looked a merit badge i recently did for a scout and the signature for me was there ith the counselor approved check being done. No bug here
