I have a merit badge counselor who is unable to log in to Scoutbook. She is able to log in to my.scouting, but when trying to go from there to Scoutbook she is immediately redirected to https://scoutbook.scouting.org/mobile/dashboard/admin/editpassword.asp with a notation saying that her password has expired and must be changed. My council professional contact doesn’t know how to fix this. We tried having her log in via a Chrome incognito window and got the same result.
