Member 110323041 is 100% complete on District Committee Member training but the “Trained” patch icon doesn’t appear next to member’s name. Council office confirmed and even added the in-person class member, but nothing changed.

I do not find any option to ask my questions , so asking here
where i can Approve pending items? , what is Legacy / Old scoutbook link where all those features were working and this new scoutbook plue is not useful at all.

I would recommend that you use Scoutbook (legacy).
If you are an Advancement Chair, then you can use the Needs Approval Report. I caution you not to just approve all, and to check things individually.
If you are an Advancement Chair in Scoutbook, then you need to be connected to all Scouts in the troop with Edit Advancement permissions (or higher). It would be better if you were a Troop Admin. Even better is if your troop’s Key 3 grant you the Unit Advancement Chair functional role at my.Scouting (using the Position Manager).

My issue still hasn’t been resolved even when the council did submit a national member-care ticket. Update?
I don’t know the ticket number council submitted but it’s probably tied to my member id 110323041.
