Here is another one that maybe you can help with. A leader has a Scoutbook User ID that is not connected to her BSA Member ID.

BSA ID: 137421866 & 13991326
There is no Scoutbook User ID listed when I look at her “parent” account. She has successfully loged on to Scoutbook, though, but SB ID 13457559 shows up as “pending.”

@RobertReeves2 that is fixed - pending means not logged in - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 13991326
