Member w/ & w/o unit

Hi SUAC,

I have a scouter listed on a unit roster and also listed as a member without a unit. Any insight into his account for me to present to my registrar? I understand this will be a national fix, but any ideas of what is mixed up will be appreciated.

In the unit -

• Training

  • Display does not include him

    

  • Report does include him

    

• Roster

  • Display does include him, but can’t click his name box

    

  • Position Manager does not include him

I think we would need screenshots to fully understand what you are seeing - this is just too vague or too many possible places it could be

He also has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting.

His registration looks odd. The expiration date is 12/31/2025, but it is not current for some reason.

His membership might have been suspended due to expired SYT. Check SYT Training Report to see if it is expired. If yes, he need to take SYT and then forward certificate of completion to Council registrar. If it is not expired, contact registrar to see they were suspended at some point for expired SYT. Just taking the course doesn’t unsuspend. It is a manual process by Council in Registrar Tools.

My council doe not suspend accounts due to expired SYT.

A condition of adult registration is to have current SYT. If your SYT is expired, you cannot participate as an adult leader and cannot count toward 2 deep leadership.
