@EricMasshardt your’s I have never seen - there is no parent - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number - I also got rid of your Email login to prevent problems for you in the future - just use the username one
hmm - can you send me the last 3 digits of the parent ID the youth is related to?
@JohnDean4 - Parent Initials are AH (different last name) - BUT my guess it is a parent that filled out a paper app as the BSA#s are sequential. Council can help with this
Hello, I am having the same problem. I have no bell icon & while I am able to renew myself, I don’t see any reference to my scout. My husband checked as well and we do not see him under either of our accounts. I tried to add his member ID under My Applications, but it would not accept it.

@NicoleRedeker you need to go to my.scouting > Manage Member ID > switch your Primary - the other one has scout relationship > log out and back in and you can get Scout renewed > then switch primary back.

That did, thank you so much!
