Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Leader (removed by Moderator) has 2 accounts. Please merge and let me know which one. I need to move him from Bear ADL to ADL with the Tigers. Thanks. Tammie Pack Admin

@TammieZemler Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, he should be listed as parent only under his primary BSA member ID number 14601004. They should remove him if he is listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched around at the next Recharter, and this might cause the creation of another duplicate Scoutbook account.
Also note that there is no Tiger Assistant Den Leader registered position. Previously, our pack used to register the scouter who was going to be the “assistant” as a Tiger DL and add them as a second Tiger DL to the Tiger den.
So explain to me about the registrar call??? Adult has two accounts so the registrar needs to merge the two accounts on the BSA National my.scouting end so it shows up correctly on the SB end and to make sure they are still connected to their scouts correct?
@TammieZemler It might be easier if you send your council Registrar an e-mail. If you would like you can cut and paste from what I wrote.
The adult leader in this thread and the other thread that you posted earlier today have more than one BSA member ID number. Their adult leader registrations are under one number, and their parent / child relationships are under a secondary number. Your council needs to use their Registrar Tools to look up the children and move the relationships so that everything is under the parent’s primary BSA member number.
I have already fixed your adult leaders’ Scoutbook accounts. Your council shouldn’t need to do anything there.
